The Let Only (Tenant Find) Service is perfect for landlords who want to self-manage their property, arrange the deposit and collect rent directly.

We find you tenants, prepare an inventory, take care of the tenancy paperwork, arrange for tenants to pay directly into your Secure Deposit Scheme, and then hand everything back once the sign-up is complete - ready for you to check-in your new tenants.
Competitors may charge you £100's for hidden extras like inventories, limit accompanied viewings and restrict the number of tenant references.

NOTE: The landlord is required to secure the deposit into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Protection (TDP) scheme and provide supporting documentation (the “Prescribed Information”) to the tenants within 30 days of receiving the deposit. Failure to do so can result in landlord fines and prevent the serving of legal notices.
NO MIX & MATCH
With this service you CAN NOT add additional items like rent collection, deposit management, check-out, dispute support or court attendance. These additional services are only available if you wish to upgrade to our Managed Service.
