We both bought and sold a property through Chris Hamriding Lettings & Estate Agents and right from having our house valued at the start of the process through to the day of the exchange, we were given helpful advice and support from the whole company. The listing of the house with the promotional video helped us to maximise the value of our sale and we were always kept in the loop throughout the whole process of sale and purchase. When our initial buyer pulled out, Chris Hamriding were supportive and empathetic and helped us to get the house re-sold agin within a short period of time. Throughout the process, we always had a direct line of contact and were kept well informed of each and every step of our purchase/sale. LWe would recommend the company from both a buying and selling perspective and whilst we hope to not need to move house again, we would have no second thoughts of going back to Chris Hamriding if we needed an estate agent.
